Feed & Seed Venue

The Feed & Seed Venue is a quaint and modern yet elegant barn with access to our fire pit, croquet lawn, chicken coop/chapel and gardens, adorable farm animals, and so much more. The exquisite barn has a picturesque balcony overlooking the entire Farm.

Services

• Three private venue consultations with venue manager
• All catering done in house by our acclaimed executive chef
• Menu planning with chef to find the perfect menu for your big day- enjoy a complimentary lunch for 2 at the Julep Farms Kitchen on the day of menu planning
• Julep Farms’ venue manager for the day of (your own personal wedding coordinator is required)
• 1 Hour rehearsal prior to your wedding day (day and time will be coordinated with Julep Farms schedule)
• Use of golf cart to transport elderly, bride and groom, etc. from ceremony to reception
• All set-up and break-down
• Appropriate servers and bartenders for guest count
• A Julep Farms employee to help facilitate pictures immediately after the ceremony with company golf cart
• Early check in and late check out in cottage rentals

Setup and Decor

• 60” or 72” round tables
• Black table cloths, cloth napkins, and buffet skirts
• All dinnerware, china, and utensils
• Wooden cross-back chairs for reception
• White benches for ceremony
• White wood arbor that is beautiful on its own but can be decorated to match your theme
• String lights outdoors and over croquet lawn
• Handheld microphone for reception
• Outdoor power source for ceremony
• Built in surround sound system in reception hall to play custom music on

The Space

• Easily accessible venue and parking location
• Seating up to 65, or more with a tent
• Bridal dressing room and bathroom
• Fire pit with large, cozy lounge chairs
• Mobile bar can be set up on our croquet lawn, patio, in the bride/groom dressing room
• Chicken coop which doubles as a gorgeous chapel and garden
• Croquet lawn for fun yard games such as croquet, cornhole, giant jenga, ping pong, foosball, etc. (available upon request)
• Friendly farm animals to heighten the fun and photos

Social House Venue

The Social House is our magnificent reception hall built perfectly for your dream wedding reception. Space includes an indoor banquet room and an outdoor cocktail patio, interior and exterior masonry fireplaces, seating for 200 guests, incredible vistas of the Blue Ridge Mountains and expansive views of Julep Farms.
