Is Julep Farms pet-friendly?
Yes, dogs are allowed to dine on our patio, and there are 5 dog-friendly cottages! Derby, Boathouse, Magnolia, Maison Blanche, and Sweet Tea. Dogs are also allowed to walk around Julep, but we do ask that you clean up after them.
Can you book just a one-night stay for a cottage?
Yes, only on weekdays - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights. We also open up single night stays the wednesday prior to the upcoming weekend
Can I have a private photo shoot on the farm?
We do allow personal and professional photo shoots once granted clearance by Julep management. To book your photoshoot here on the grounds, you can find the link to pay within our website under EVENTS > PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY. Once the fee has been paid, you will receive a Google Calendar invite confirming your booking.

Is Julep Farms open year-round?
Julep Farms takes a small break in January for approx 2.5-3 weeks. During this time, the cottages remain open, but the Social House (restaurant, Retail, bar, and events) is closed.
Is the formal garden, duck pond, and croquet lawn open to the public?
Yes! We allow all visitors to peruse around the formal gardens, duck pond, and croquet lawn. However, we do require children under the age of 12 to always be accompanied by an adult, and request that children and adults alike refrain from roughhousing with the outdoor furniture and lawn games. And please, do not chase the ducks.
How do I make a dining call-ahead seating?
Visit our website and click “Priority Seating” at the top left. This will take you to Toast Tables where you can make a call-ahead seating. If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact the restaurant beforehand to best serve you
Is there a handicap cottage?
Yes. Our Sweet Tea Cottage is designed with accessibility in mind and features a no-step entrance and a roll-in, no-step shower equipped with grab bars. Please note that while the cottage itself is accessible, the farm's grounds and pathways are primarily gravel, which may present challenges for some mobility devices.
Are we allowed to pet the animals?
Yes! Guests are welcome to pet and feed our animals. Animal feed is available for purchase in the Social House, and feeding is permitted throughout the day. Please note that Julep Farms is not a petting zoo, and for the safety of our guests and animals, all interactions must take place through the fence. Guests should not enter any animal enclosures.
